I am very pleased with their work. The entire flooring in my house was replaced with LVP. The tile in kitchen and bathrooms was carefully removed as well as all carpeting. They did an excellent job of matching the trim around cabinets in kitchen. Overall, I highly recommend this flooring company.

I went to DFW Flooring and met Mike Spitzbeg. He is a nice man who has lots of personality. Mike listened when I told him what I wanted and he showed me many options. He answered all of my questions. Picking the flooring was painless I went with tile, new carpeting and new baseboards. The next step was Mike coming to my house and taking measurements and walking through the current flooring. This was a quick process, and he wrote the cost sheet up. In my opinion, the pricing was fair and I paid the required half up front. The job was quoted at 3 days but took more like 11 days. The crew was ran by Terrance Brooks. One thing I will say is important is who is in your home. You will be spending a lot of time with the contractors. Terrance and his crew were punctual and communicated with me well the time they were here. I had a great experience with DFW Flooring and Mike Spitzbeg! They really took the time to listen to my needs and provided a personalized, thoughtful approach. Even though the project took longer than originally estimated, Terrance Brooks and his crew did a great job!! The floors look Amazing and I am happy with my purchase and the experience I had with DFW Flooring.

DFW Flooring in Pantego, Tx. has provided us with the flooring for every room of our 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom home, except the laundry room, over the last 9 years. They also supplied the porcelain tile for our front porch that is beautiful. They just finished a job today. Kris has been our salesperson since the first day we walked into their showroom. I'm remodeling my home, and as a DIY enthusiast, I enjoy doing most of the work myself. Although I installed the current flooring, I chose to have DFW Flooring Warehouse handle the floors throughout my second floor so I could focus on other projects. That turned out to be an excellent decision. Rob Walker's installers did a fantastic job, and the floors look beautiful. They offer a vast selection of products and maintain a large inventory, supported by a great staff and skilled installation crews. When I'm ready, they'll be redoing the floors on the first floor as well.

During the course of remodeling/updating a portion of our house, DFW Flooring was able to provide a wood floor product that matched what was already in place in several rooms. The original floor was no longer available, but Rob Walker and his team searched our various wood floor products until they found a match. You cannot tell the difference. Absolutely love my new floors! They came in and replaced all 3 bedrooms, hallway, den, kitchen, dining room, living room, breakfast area and laundry room floors. This is the only place in town to go and get new flooring. Kris Tate was the Salesman who assisted me. He came to my house, went room to room and we discussed exactly what my needs were. He showed me what was the best choices and the color I chose was Egyptian Gold tile flooring. They came in, took up and removed the old flooring and completed my entire house exactly when they said they would . . . . This is the best place in Pantego to go for any and all of your flooring needs!!!

We needed a shower floor replaced, some carpet and pad repair and a crack on the outside of our foundation. We worked with Mike and Ryan and they spent time with us selecting tile for the floor that would coordinate with the rest of our tile. They did a wonderful job and chose a beautiful tile. The work is very good quality and we are very pleased with them. We will definitely call them for our future flooring and tile needs. Highly recommend!

I went into their store looking looking to buy single tiles to paint art on. As soon as I walked in I realized they weren't the kind of store that sold single tiles, but Kris and Ryan did not disappoint. They did not want me to leave empty handed, so they GAVE me a beautiful wood grain tile to paint on. They were so friendly and accommodating. Family owned business! I highly recommend them.

Mike Spitzberg was the very best!!!! From day 1 I felt so comfortable, and I didn’t feel like I was being lied to or rushed. He let me take samples home.. he sent me follow up messages. He was so honest! I know he knew I was hesitant, and he was so patient! I absolutely love my floors! From the first day sale to the install process… it was so seamless! I have no complaints at all. I would and will recommend all of my family and friends! I know this is a big purchase, but I waited 10 years and I have a ton of stuff. However it was sooo worth it in the end! Love my new floors!

The moment I arrived at DFW flooring Mike Spitzberg assisted me with my need for new kitchen flooring due to water damage I incurred . He answered all of my questions and I instantly felt this confidence he would help me pick the best flooring that I was looking for. He also assisted me by referring the best Cabinet maker in the business as I needed my Cabinets replaced. The install was set up right away and the installers did a magnificent job and Mike made sure I was totally satisfied. I highly recommend DFW Flooring.

Wow!!! These guys are awesome! After being pushed to the side by another company, I came here and these guys treated us right. I knew our square footage (or so I thought) they were able to help get me carpet, nice waterproof pad, and installation all done within a few days before we moved into our new house. The gentleman who wrote up my sale was super nice, Im sorry I didnt catch his name. Kris was awesome helping me find what I needed and staying with in my budget. My hubs had talked to George before I got there and he was able to make manic happen. So I miss calculated and didnt have enough carpet to do my closet and small hall but they came back a few days later and finished the job! Great experience all the way around!! I had a great experience with this company. From the time I walked in the door, the owner greeted me personally and spoke to me before he even asked about my flooring needs. These guys spent three days matching some porch tiles for me and went above and beyond finding what I needed, even though the tile was discontinued. They were able to give me a more than fair price on the tiles for my porch and included some extras for future repairs, if needed. This company treats you like a family member.

We were doing a DIY project that needed 2 pieces of ceramic flooring cut to size. I contacted Mike Spitzberg at DFW Flooring and he had me come right in. They set up their cutting tool just for me, made the cuts, and didn't charge me. Talk about friendly and great service. You should stop in and see the selection of flooring they have!

Ask for Mike Jones! Who?! Mike Jones!! We like Mike Jones & DFW Flooring Warehouse so much, that we decided to let them take on the next project on our personal home-makeover. From the minute we walked through the front door of DFW Flooring Warehouse we were treated like family. We caught the eye of Mike when we first walked in, and he came straight over to us and greeted us as if we just spoke the day before. We had a new project to start, we wanted to have wood-like Porcelain Tile installed throughout roughly 70% of our home. Mike quickly took us over to the vast array of tile products they carry on hand, and have quick access to. After several minutes of looking, and walking around, we knew quickly we couldn't decide on just one. We already had in mind what color, and what type of tile we wanted, but once we actually got off the computer and got to see it in person our "ideal" color quickly changed. After narrowing down the color to a few different pieces of tile, Mike let us take home a few samples to compare and see if it matched the "look" we were going for. A couple days later, Mike called to check up on us to see how we liked the tile we brought home. With such a large scale project, and us being picky, we asked Mike to bring over a couple other pieces that we were interested in. BINGO!! We found EXACTLY what we were looking for! Mike showed up on time for his appointment with us, and measured out the project. After speaking with Mike, we had a budget in mind on what we were prepared to spend. Mike was more than accommodating in keeping us within our "budget" and helping out here and there where he could. Sergio & Maria were our installers of the entire tile flooring project. They not only removed the existing floor that was in our home, but they also installed the wood-look porcelain tile throughout our entire home by themselves! Talk about true craftsmanship. Sergio & Maria were punctual every single-day, showing up right on time, and working non-stop on the project in a perfectionist type manner. The communication from Sergio was always on point, and he always answered any questions we had. Once I saw how much pride they took in measuring, cutting, and laying each tile in place I knew we were in good hands. The difference between DFW Flooring Warehouse and the rest of the "Big Box Stores" is the fact they have a group of employees that have been with them for a long time, and do this for a career, not a job. They are very talented, offer true craftsmanship, and take alot of pride in what they do. Our experience with DFW flooring was excellent! The salesperson, Kris, was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He helped us find our favorite wood-look tile for our downstairs, and he quoted us a reasonable and fair price. He worked with us on the details (grout color, baseboards, scheduling) and was very patient with us throughout the process. The project was scheduled as promised, the tile was in-stock, and the installation began as expected. Our installation crew, Eric, Joe and Tim, did a great job. They were very careful while working on the project, taking care not to damage our furniture, walls, etc. They worked very hard, every day that they came out, and they even worked on Saturdays to get the project completed. Throughout the time, they were courteous and respectful, and worked with us on the details that we encountered during the install (transitions, colors, patterns) and were open to our requests when we had some. We even decided near the end of the project that we wanted to paint the baseboards while they were off the walls, and the crew was agreeable to that. The team cleaned when the installation was completed: as promised! The baseboards were re-installed, re-caulked, nail holes filled. The floors were wiped down and the furniture was returned to the original locations. Every time I spoke with someone at the office, they were all friendly and helpful. Kris returned after the completion of the work to walk through and see the completed job, and as always, was nice to work with. It was nice to see that he cared enough about the work to come back out after it was completed to do a final walk-through. We thought this was a great experience! Things went smoothly and we would definitely work with this company again in the future. Thank you to DFW flooring!

I had account over three years with DFW Flooring warehouse. Life happens and I had a financial setback. Just recently, I ask Mike Jones to review my account and tell me what I could do to close my account. He and Kris Tate immediately jump on it and figure out away to help me. Finally I was able to set up a date and I am expecting to have my carpet installed. Mike was honest, professional, and upfront with us about the process, timeframe, and costs. DFW Flooring blew Home Depot and Nebraska Furniture Mart out of the water in terms of both value and service. Mike helped us with financing options, and got us a great price for the nearly 1600 sq ft of flooring we selected. Mike called several times throughout the process to ensure we were satisfied and that our needs were met. On the morning of installation, the 3-man crew was right on time, and got to work almost immediately. I was so impressed by their skill, speed, and work ethic! The crew took very short breaks and worked tirelessly from early in the morning until late in the afternoon. The installation was supposed to take 3-4 days, but the DFW Flooring crew got it done in 2, without sacrificing a bit of quality. We were blown away by how fantastic the end product looked, and I cant reiterate enough how fantastic the 3-man crew was! Since the flooring was completed so quickly, my wife and I were able to get back to our daily routines with very little disruption. We recently had the folks at DFW Flooring Warehouse replace our hardwood floors. Mike, at the showroom, helped us make a great decision on the replacement wood flooring. After the paperwork was taken care of, we were contacted to set up an install date. Rano and his crew arrived right on time on the scheduled date. They first did a great job moving the large furniture, then putting plastic covering over the furniture and a number of key built-in items throughout the house. Next was a super diligent effort to remove the 20-year-old flooring that was really glued down. After that, they made sure the floor was leveled so that the new flooring would nicely adhere to the slab. Big job there since it became apparent that the original builder did no leveling at all before installing the original flooring. The last big step was installation of the hardwood flooring, and what a super job they did. Looks absolutely fantastic! They finished up with a nice clean-up job and put all the large furniture items back where they belonged. During the whole job they provided updates by text / phone and also contacted me whenever they had a question. Super communication! To complete the whole process, our sales guy, Mike, followed up to see if we had any issues to resolve or questions. Appreciated that! Just a 5-STAR job from start to finish! Highly recommend these folks!

The staff was wonderful to work with understood exactly what product would work best for my work area. The installation was on time and they called just as noted to say they were set for the next day and also called when they were on there way. I am so happy that a friend sent me in the direction of DFW Flooring Warehouse! After driving by there for years, I had no idea of the wonderful surprises inside that store! Mike Jones came to our house with lots of carpet samples within a day of my initial phone call. Normally I am very picky and have to look at every sample in the store! However, I loved one of the samples that Mike brought and surprised both myself and probably even him at how quickly I made a decision! Because we were having the interior of our house painted, they allowed us to make a down payment to hold the carpet for a month until we were finished with all of the interior work! Tracy, who is in charge of scheduling, was very nice to work with and kept in contact until we were ready to schedule. Once we scheduled, we had to move the date ahead by a week and she was very understanding about that. Then, the date of installation arrived and we had heavy rains that day! The installer made the decision that it was impossible to install that day because our new carpet would get ruined before it even went down. We scheduled for a few days later when the weather conditions were much better! Our carpet is beautiful as well as being excellent quality for the price. In summary, DFW Flooring Warehouse offers excellent service for reasonable prices! I wish I had found them sooner for all of our previous flooring needs! Don't drive by like I did for years! Everyone there is friendly and they make you feel like family.....especially Mike Jones!!! Love you, Mike!!

We first met Rob Walker, the owner, when we were searching for just the right wood and/or wood-look tile. We had been to several places and were having trouble finding something with just the right amount of rustic look/feel. I was leaning more toward the wood-look tile for all the practical reasons, but my wife wasn't sold. Rob was extremely friendly and definitely knew his products, being able to quickly answer any questions/concerns. We discussed the pros/cons with Rob and needless to say he helped sway my wife on the wood-look tile. We scheduled Mike Jones to come out to our home and show us some samples. Mike Jones is a real character and he should really have his own stand-up act... He always managed to get a few laughs out of us! Mike was quite helpful in finding the flooring that fit our needs and showing us samples. He has a lot of experience, knew his products, and if he didn't know the answer, he found out. He may be a bit old-school and unconventional in his methods, but was on-the-money with his estimate. Mike is cautious and doesn't like there to be surprises, which I appreciate. He wanted to make sure we were covered as far as materials and he assured us that any materials not used would be deducted before the final bill. He also showed great care for our family regarding the demo process, told us exactly what to expect and gave us a lot of tips to help ease the pain. This really helped us prepare... Mike did think we could reuse the baseboards we had, which we were having removed and reinstalled so the tile could properly go under it and fully to the wall without grouted edges. However, during the install we opted to buy new ones per the installer's advice. There was existing shoe molding added on all the base boards, which wouldn't look right if reused or reinstalled without the shoe molding. There was no extra cost, except for the actual new baseboards, as the price already included removal/reinstall. My wife and I painted them before install to make life simpler. So carefully consider your baseboard situation going in and whether you really want those old boards next to your new floor. You can get a good deal on builder packs at the big-box stores... That brings me to Elvin, the installer, and his crew. He was very nice, accommodating, and courteous. He takes pride in his work and took care to explain issues and get them resolved. They were working with 8.75"x36" tiles and I know they're more difficult to install and can sometimes have a bow to them. They also had to move quite a bit of furniture several times and had no major issues...amazingly. There were a few tiles where I noticed "toe stubs", the gap wasn't quite right, etc and he quickly had the tile replaced/corrected. Elvin even drove me to the hardware store to get new base boards, since we needed a truck, and didn't charge us any extra to make the cuts during the install. He wanted it to look right and I appreciated it. When we settled things up, some of the leveling compound wasn't used and that was credited back just like Mike mentioned. All the pricing was very fair and honest. There was a very small miscalculation on the final balance, but that was quickly resolved without issue. The employees at DFW Flooring Warehouse seemed like a family and were always very helpful. We really appreciated their help and their ability to make this as stress free as possible. We love the new floors and nobody can believe it's tile!

Mike Jones and everyone we dealt with were super nice, low key, and not pushy. They understood we wanted a certain color of carpet. At first they didn't have what we wanted, and we said we would be back in a month or so. They were super understanding. A little over a month later we went back and they had new stuff in. It took about 5 minutes to pick a carpet. Mike wrote up the quote, we signed and were out in less than 30 mins. They called the next monday to set up installation and we couldn't take off work until the next week. No problem. The installer Augustin and his crew were awesome. They did a great job and finished the job perfectly. Will definitely go back if we need any other type of flooring.
